For Wholesale returns of 1-2 dz call 1-888-519-2192 to receive a return authorization number. No
returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
Wholesale returns over 2 dz may not be returned for reason of stock or inventory balancing, offsetting unused inventory, inability to
resell items, quantity miscalculations, or reversing initial acceptance of purchase orders. Only returns accepted if product is damaged. A Buyer's Remorse return fee may be
instituted for a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be unused and unopened
and in the original shipping carton. No partial returns will be accepted. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in
refunds.
It may take up to 15 days for a refund or exchange to be processed. In the event of a refund, we will credit the same card you used for your original purchase.
